Register with a company email and create a Company account for free. Then follow the onboarding steps to begin creating your company profile, draft a job and schedule a call with the Bondex Team to get fully activated

You decide the bounty per role and can post jobs for free. You only pay the bounty and 25% platform fee for candidates you hire. For example, if you set a $10,000 bounty on a role and find a candidate through the platform, you pay a total of $12,500 - the $10,000 bounty awarded to the successful referrer and $2,500 Bondex platform fee. 

By posting roles with bounties, you activate our network of recruiters who can immediately start referring candidates. The Bondex team will screen applicants and shortlist the most qualified candidates saving you time and effort. You only pay the bounty you set and the platform fee when you make a successful hire on the platform. 

Within the Bondex platform you will be able to review candidate resumes and details, advance them in the hiring process and add notes that can be private or shared with Bondex, the candidate and recruiter/introducer. You can also export candidate details to your own ATS.
